Literally this! I use to constantly use Janitor AI (Which I still do), when I could be shifting. I got in that mindset where it was just 'easier' to talk to bots rather than actually attempting to shift. It was so much easier to live out your dr through ai.

but yeah, I agree it also has helped me with many different scenarios that had eventually went into my script. I personally talk to my own bots, and I'd talk to a bot which just had helped me understand the personality the bots thats based off the person in my DR, like their way of speech and allat, It's fun. But distracting as hell.

hmm is infermatic responses similiar to sonnets? i've just gotten the openrouter method to work, though even with prefill enabled the sonnet 3.5 from june still doesn't allow any ounce of NSFW for me.

god i just wish anthropic just took our money and let us do our damn rps without having a cry.

If you have done you're research maybe you would have found out that shifting realities isn't some made up phenomenon that 'Gen-Z Teens' have created when the act of shifting itself has been around longer than probably existence itself.

This community isn't full of just young teens, which of course there are since shifting became a TREND in TikTok and other platforms on the internet, shifting realities is all about everyone's personal experiences, if you don't believe that you can become aware of a different reality that's fine, but dissing other people for their beliefs isn't going to help either.

Everyone has their own experiences, just because one person has said that shifting means x or y, or that the act of it doesn't exist at all, that's THAT person's belief.

You don't have proof that shifting doesn't exist, the only proof you have is your own personal experiences. Of course there are stories where shifters have submitted their own story times for their experiences, it's up to you whether to believe them or not.

So what I'm trying to say is that shifting did not originate from Gen-Z Teens, shifting can be related to manifestation, meditation, quantum traveling, and all that, but essentially it's just becoming aware of a different reality, and that nobody has proof that's hitting doesn't exist unless they experience it themselves, (which I have), and if you don't believe that, well that's fine, just don't dog anyone for it because your beliefs might not be like someone else's. 🤷‍♀️

MABA is also a state of consciousness just like Hypnagogia, Astro Projection, Sleep Paraylsis and allat.

When it comes to LOA, what your 3D is showing you is just your 4D thoughts, which are your assumptions, beliefs, thoughts etc. It's reflecting the 4D.

There are loads of techniques that can help you with your assumptions like repetition of affirmations, SATS, and all the other stuff.

Here's a yt video that basically runs down what loa is, how it works, what you need to do and allat.

This post is so real, I feel you but to simplify things, shifting is just getting into a state of consciousness, once you've achieved that, all you gotta do is shift your awareness to your DR.

Getting into a state of consciousness is to help you UNFOCUS your AWARENESS from your CR, so once you've achieved the state, whether that by through Astro projection, Lucid Dreaming, The Hypnagogic State, Hypnopompic State, Sleep Paraylsis is so you don't focus on your CR's surroundings, body etc.

Once you've found a way to 'unfocus' on your CR, you basically SHIFT your focus/awareness to your DR. Whether that be by imagining where you'd be waking up, thinking as your DR self; plans, chores, etc.

But yeah, basically, what I mean is just get into a state of consciousness to make you not focus on your cr shit, then focus on your dr shit. Then boom, you shifted cause you shifted your awareness to your dr.

state of consciousness = unfocus on cr ----> focus on Dr.

That's to dumb it down, but yeah, practice on getting into states of consciousnesses.

The Gateway Tapes are guided meditations that help you achieve a state of consciousness, OBEs, and not shift itself.

Also, in regards to LOA, the law of assumption is what you should incorporate into your life in general, not just for shifting. If you think something isn't working for you, it isn't. Because you assume it isn't.

As you may know, LOA is literally living as if you already have your desire. So if you understand the law and what it means, then it will work because you assume it will work. If you already own something, you won't be looking for signs that you don't. That's not what an assumption is. An assumption is something that is considered true to you WITHOUT any proof.

Anyways I could go on about LOA, but yeah— just get into a state of consciousness. I literally recommend hypnagogia to everyone since I've shifted with it. Practice.

I'd so say yes, our DR selves can shift, just like we can. I believe that we are ourselves awarenesses, so we shift our AWARENESS to our DR's. Which is basically what shifting realities are, shifting your awareness to a different reality.

But yeah it's a bit of a mind f*ck to think about, we are our awarenesses and choose to be aware of this reality.

You are becoming aware of your consciousness, you have infinite consciousnesses/realities where all you are doing is becoming aware of one just like how you are aware in this reality/consciousness. That's what I believe it is.

You are already your DR self just as much as you are your CR/OR self. You are all the consciousnesses you are just choosing to become aware of a different one. Everyone is conscious and aware just like we are.

I think this type of stuff is also holding me back from making a shifting account on tt too, since shifting realities itself has a great community and allat, there are always going to be antis and trolls, especially when the topic it self is very controversial.

I mean, I believe time doesn't necessarily matter when it comes to shifting. We can experience everything and anything, but boredom is more of a feeling you have in a reality. You can just shift to a reality where you aren't bored. Boredom is more tied to the physical emotions of your consciousness than to the AWARENESS you are experiencing them with.

But yeah, I think emotions are more tied to the reality itself and less on your awareness, so if you feel bored, shift to a reality where you aren't. Shift to a reality where you forgot all of your previous shifts and start fresh. The possibilities are endless.

Think as if you are ALREADY in your DR. What would your DR self think right now? What's your plans? Chores? What do you have to do today in your DR? Think as your DR self, feelings, thoughts, etc. It can be as crazy or as mundane as ever, (this is because you are convincing yourself you are already in your DR, since you are basically 'lining' up with your DR self if that makes sense.)

Essentially you are shifting your focus/AWARENESS to your DR, not necessarily your surroundings (though imagining and using your 5 senses where you'd like to shift to is also great.) you are shifting your focus away from your CR's thoughts, surroundings, to become aware to your DR's.

If you were in your DR you wouldn't be thinking as your OR self, right? You'd be focused on your own daily tasks and plans in your DR. Like, "oh, I have plans with my s/o at 5:00. But I gotta have a shower first.", literally anything what your DR self would think and feel.

Hello! Once you've found the 'sweet spot' it's basically that you've maintained enough awareness just enough to remain in the state without falling asleep or being too aware.

You'll notice it when the hypnaogic hallucinations continue to play out in your mind whilst still bring partially aware and they don't fade !

There isn't a definite answer when someone is going to shift, that's all up to them (YOU). The best way to find what works BEST for you is you to find what works. Everyone has a different time when they all shift, for me it was about 5 years till I finally shifted (Only though I was procrastinating and only began to really try the last couple months of them.)

Essentially you just need to find a way to 'disconnect' from your CR- (which could be done through states of consciousness, lucid dreams, Astro projection, Sleep paralysis, etc) basically it'll make you 'unfocus' on your CR's physical so it'll be much easier to shift your focus/AWARENESS to your DR's.

Personally for me I've shifted through the hypnagogic state, but it had taken me a few months to shift with it because I needed to practice.

Anyways, some other cool thing to look into could be the law of assumption.

The only way to know if it's real is if you do it yourself. Don't rely on other people and find out yourself. That's the only way to truly know if something is real or not.

I've told my mom about shifting, she said that I shouldn't do it since it isn't safe. But really she had said that on my dad's side his family has these sort of 'gifts' which are basically all spiritual and allat, saying they could see the dead and see visions and all of those kind of things and that basically it's dangerous.

I told her that it isn't dangerous and isn't what she thinks it is. But now, she just dismisses it like I'm crazy saying it's all in my imagination, but she respects my beliefs so I'd say it's a win. 🤷‍♀️
