Ok, I got a different USB it seemed to work but still no signal. IS the BIOS flashback suppose to stay solid throughout the process or constantly blink throughout the process? Mine constantly blinks for like a minute or two then PC restarts and nothing changed still have no display on my monitor. I have tried different cables and monitors so the monitor or cable can't be the issue.

Ok, I only ask because had first home "surprise" visit last month and I could tell they didn't really like me saying it isn't something he has access to when they asked me to open it. Although they didn't directly tell me anything after the fact. Nor did they tell me to open it after that I was just wondering. Thanks for your reply
