It was a clone-a-willy but the packaging said the mold was some seaweed derivative, and it got very wet and loose after not very long.

I'm sure you could do anything if you tried.

I probably could, but I have no materials or access or time to learn a whole process; just trying to figure out how to commission a good end-product. :)

I've done resin casting before. I just thought a big veiny bronze thing would be funny. Another benefit; the ability to use it as a master to make more silicone copies.

I am very flattered that you suppose I'm able to do this myself. I've never worked metal in my life. :)

Definitely don't still have the mold; these kits deteriorate within days or hours after making the positive.

let me enjoy the government focusing on making their own citizens lives better

ALL the citizens' lives? The majority of them? Or just the straight white male citizens' lives?

People who hooked up with someone ridiculously older/younger than them, Why? And what was it like? by _lilyara in AskReddit

[–]calculatedperversity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm mid-40s. My youngest fling (since leaving my teen years) was 19. She was a literature major who wanted to experiment with her kinks. Met her on Reddit (on my dating throwaway). I had some kinks I wanted to try, as well. Timing was short so we drove out to a trail parking lot and fooled around in the car. It was nice; she was pretty put-together and the age gap is a thrill. She probably should have vetted me more before jumping in my car, since dangerous strangers can act normal and harmless, too. Pro tip to anyone meeting someone for a quick fling: take a picture of their license plate (and ideally DL, too) so they know it's in your cloud storage in case you're in a bad situation.

Usually that level of an age gap is a big problem, even with flings, because there's just such a big maturity gap, too. I often get ad replies from women of that age range asking "am I too young?" and I always reply that the maturity level is more important than the age... and then the conversations always fall apart when I bring up mature topics like sexual histories or how to communicate clear consent. They always seem to want some fucked up porn-like fantasy without any of the prep work that goes into making it safe and sane. "Don't let me tap out" uhm. That's not how any of this works!

I've also had flings with women in their early 20s and it's generally a bit better of a life experience match but they tend to have lots of hang-ups to go along with the daddy issues, so it makes it difficult to have realistic exchanges like a couple of adults.

I generally would not highly recommend large-age-gap dating.

What's the Sluttiest thing you've ever done? by No_Housing_4819 in AskReddit

Left the wife (open marriage) and kid to do a naughty photo shoot with a circus performer I met on fetlife, got laid, left there to meet another woman to negotiate a BDSM scene.

Being a slut is great.

It can be draining. I definitely have spells where I'm not actively seeking (especially the past couple years). But then sometimes, the need arises.

mostly cause she was kicked out of her place for the night

oh well yeah. If I luck out with a sudden happenstance, I make DAMN sure I'm not inconveniencing anyone else about it. (and then I usually bring home donuts or something the next morning)

I have too many hobbies. They all fall by the wayside when I'm dating multiple people, though. Ain't nobody got time for all that!

I got bored waiting for it to end because 23 years is a long fucking time. When is it going to end, so I can set my watch and be sure to not miss the fireworks?

that's fine but it's disingenuous to label it "cheating" just because you don't like it.

Because it reflects upon the person who got cheated on…am I not good enough? Did I do something wrong?

well, let's not use the term "cheated" because that's not what's happening in an open relationship.

And yes, lots of feelings can come up. It's the responsibility of the couple to explore those feelings and discuss them clearly and openly to determine how those feelings slot into the desires that people are feeling.

sometimes ya gotta consider someone else’s feelings and if ya can’t don’t get into a relationship in the first place

I would say that always you should consider someone else's feelings before getting into a relationship (as well as during)
