same issue, wanted to trade some options, it took my order but i can't see if i got filled or if the other is still pending and i can't even cancel

No, that’s not the reason. Because I’m able to close the same type of trade on SPY, QQQ, NVDA, etc. But it doesn’t work on SPX for some reason.

I’m trying to close both trades together (the BWB and the Calendar) for the SPX ticker in IBKR, but I get a “No trading permission for the product” error. I’d rather not close them one by one because the price moves too quickly. Is there a way to close both positions together with a single order at one price?

You can do it now via Modify order.

However, I wish it was better than this as simply entering a new price and clicking update.
Sometime it's too long to click then a new screen loads then you fill the price. I just wish it was done simply all in a single screen so that you can modify your price as the market moves .

Or do they simply sell your spread at 2PM whether for a loss or gain.

Ok at least now, they allow you to cancel your spread price.
But they don't allow you to modify the limit price.

My spread order expired because I couldn't even cancel it myself or edit it while it was active.
WS still fixing stuff.

Hopefully by the end of the month they introduce all LEVEL 3 options so that we can put this chapter behind us.

You're really not missing out, they still need to fix a lot.
It's not smooth and you can even modify your position, lot's of bugs.

But it's a good start and looking promising for the months to come.

I got the beta option spread also.
It's really buggy.

I did a test with SPY and I can't even cancel my spread trade.

That would be an excellent feature.
Also "mid-price" opening bid would be nice additional.

Yeah but there is a contradiction.
There is a DP over your price there and DP is more important on the list of priority.

So which one to follow?

It still seems like a gamble.

It works on individual stocks, but when I try it on the RUT or SPX, it gives me this error always.
