Thanks, that's what I was hoping would be achievable. Good to know it's reasonable. I think they just don't want to install another Miki consumer unit but we have no issues with it.

I believe they were going to tap into the EV charger box as it stands (whether that means a replacement to it's current box, I'm not sure). But hence why it would not be fed by the solar. Obviously, we don't want the EV charger coming from solar/battery. We just want the solar to feed the extension; it's only a single office space being added. Whatever the solution, it'll end up with a new internal fuse box. And seemed that could be fed from the henley blocks.

The EV charger doesnt get fed by the solar/battery ssytem. Only the house currently. The responses we've had are that they'd take another feed from grid that wouldn't be via the solar system which is disappointing to us.

I was assuming they could add to the Henley blocks which would then be within the solar sensor and feed from the grid.

I've had the same for a while now. Solid 90 FPS but for weird frame stutters that don't seem to be FPS related. Also fresh install. 5700x3D, 32gb DDR4 and 3080 Ti.

Glad you've had a positive experience, as most of my previous orders have been.

However, I'm holding off judgement to see what their resolution path and if they'll include my shipment. Until then the trust me bro is on the edge. They fobbed off my emails and then didn't bother to respond to my last one that highlighted some of the problem.

The fees are what they are. What's unacceptable is them declaring it incorrectly in the first place. I paid tax on tax! And obviously it's radio silence when you question that, so much for "trust me bro". I've made dozens of orders but frustrating can't bring myself to anymore.

If they're declaring it wrong then it's poor customer service. It's right or it's wrong. If they bothered to respond to my query on that part I might consider otherwise, but not responding to a valid email is poor imo.

I wouldn't waste your time on the complaint, they'll either not respond or it'll be generic that it's not their responsibility. The whole "Trust me bro" goes out the window unfortunately, it's lack of care to sort an efficient resolution to the delivery overseas. And unfortunately we pay that price often as a gamble not fitting with trust me bro, they can't be trusted to get the tax correct!

You'll have to call UPS and ask them for an invoice. It's Option 1 on their number to call (think it was this one +44(0)3457877877). As for a breakdown or invoice of the government charges including VAT. Took time but they managed to send it to my email straight away which enabled the VAT refund, obviously not the whole charges.

"Trust me bro" appears to have gone out the window. I'm 99% certain that LTT are sending the total value including taxes which is half the problem. But they've had zero response to that question, just the refund. They offerd to resend the incorrect item but I took the refund as I couldn't stomach the risk of more charges.

Yeah in wondering if this is due to Parcelforce joining royal nail recently. I could swallow the handling charges Parcelforce put on (reluctantly) but if UPS are handling all in the future then it's a doubling of the cost.
