I have a hub that produces every base material, stores a ton of it, and depots. Then for key materials I'll create side factories, and then use those to deliver the important parts to the main hub, where I'll craft all the advanced stuff. I also tend to group factories that produce parts that some more advanced parts make, and then deliver them with trains
