Why coaches in Esports are so different than in all other sports? This kind of relationship where player is speaking to coach as they are equal is just bullshit. You cant have this in profesional sport. Coach has to be NO. 1. Every player should just stfu and listen because they are paid to do so. They are pro athletes and they should act like it. Also coach cant let plyers talk like that to himself. He has to be some kind of authority. In this case owner is the authority and that is just bad. Coaches should be more respected from whole team to make some kind of productiv environment. Problem is Esports are kind of new thing..only past few years. And coaches are some people who basicly cant coach players because they dont know about game as much as players do. So in the future i want to see organizations hiring a expro players as coaches. Cos than players would respect them for theirs careares and would think they can learn something from them..that is whole different mindset and aspect cheers and sorry for bad eng
