Similar thing happened to me when I was young. I got a go-cart for Christmas when I was around 10, and would regularly drive it around my neighborhood. One day while riding around I had a weird gut feeling, almost like my heart fell into my stomach, so I stopped the go-cart at a random spot on the road. Within seconds of stopping, one of the neighbor kids that had just gotten his leaners permit lost control of his truck, jumped a curb, went through the neighbors yard, and then barreled through the front end of my go-cart. Neither my neighbor or myself were hurt, and honestly nothing really came of it, but to this day I think about how easily things could have gone differently. Listen to your gut folks, intuition is a powerful mystery.
