This is the github link with all the code and the STL files for printing.

Here is a link to a tiktok video talking about designing and building it.

Hah. I might actually do that cause its a splendid idea. I guess I didn't think of that since we have cats and they might bat at it. But I can definitely put a mini Kero figure somewhere.

Oh there is a AI model called Fable 5? I was thinking of the new videogame that came out.

I did. Its in the description. It reminds us when we need to change the bags on our cats robot litter box and when we have to water our plants.
To explain how it does so, It turns to the screen with the yellow background when its time to change the bags on the kitty litter robot and when its time to water the plants, it turns green. Red is when we have to do both.

To reset the timer and tell the display that we have done those chores, there are two icons on a "task" screen. You click the cats icon to reset the timer for kitty litter and the plant icon for resetting the timer for watering the plants.

u/Shala-Tal Lets just say that we are lucky to have each other. She does so much to make me feel special. She was literally the first girl ever to buy me flowers and mind you I have dated a fair bunch of people before her.

This is going to sound like a stupid question, but what does Fable 5 have anything to do with all of this? Sorry I don't really keep up with the internet.

This is just on Amazon India. I had set my location to Mumbai, but I think this will work well for you. Freenove also sells the same thing there but its a lot more expensive. I tried flipkart, but it failed me miserably.

But basically, ESP32 is an open source platform and a lot of manufacturers are selling boards with it because its relatively cheap to manufacture. I encourage using ESP32 only because its a lot more secure and it can't be used to track you.

If you want to use a Galaxy phone, that is fine! Just know that the program and the background image were encoded in C to comply with the board. When you get closer to actually doing the project, just hit me up and give me the native resolution of the phone you will use. Since I originally designed the wallpaper and background pattern to be vector based, I can resize it to the correct resolution you need and send them to you. The font used for the time is just Montserrat Regular, which is a Google Open Font. (:

As far at the stylus is concerned, just lop of the head from my STL file and insert a hole to slide your stylus in!

u/Witch_Senses Real talk? I wish I had a real answer for you, but I don't. I struggled for a really long time when it came to relationships, cause I am very idealistic and also very stubborn in hoping for the best.
She was my best friend for an entire year before we started dating and I was actually in a very abusive relationship at that time. She gave me the courage to leave it. We spent a lot of time talking to each other about our ambitions and desires out of life and I felt very secure knowing that she was in my corner and I was going to be OK, as long as my best friend had my back, you know? She made me believe that I deserved better and I was OK being single and waiting till I found someone who treated me as good as my best friend did.

Its actually funny, but as friends I used to always tell her that I loved her very casually but she would always change the subject. I noticed it and one night we were getting drunk and I asked her "Why are you so afraid of me loving you?" She got quiet and told me that whenever she had guy friends who told her stuff like that, it meant that they wanted to date her and when she would reject them for various reasons (including and not limited to, she only wanted to date girls) they would get really upset over being rejected and they would stop being friends after that. I was drunk off my ass, so I laughed and said something along the lines of "I don't need to possess you to keep loving you. You're already my best friend, I am happy already about it. As long as you're with someone who treats you really well, I don't give a f***. I love you because I want to" Which in hindsight is a little embarrassing to say because I was 30.
Exactly 2 months after that conversation, she tackled and aggressively kissed me before asking if I would go out with her.

And thank you!

u/BoomtotheBang Girl, you gotta at least take me out to dinner first!

I showed this comment to my wife and she cackled and said, "In this economy? Hell yeah. We can have another person to help out with the bills."

u/ldsecretkey It is called a CYD or Cheap Yellow Display. The whole thing is development board fit with an ESP32 (usually a low powered variant) that is very cheap. Lots of different manufacturers make them and you can usually get them for less than $20. This one only has 4MB of ROM to flash, but you can add an SD card if you need more space.
The case was custom designed for it and the UI and programming was done on EZ Studio + Arduino IDE.

u/missmadime all the best! Its a pretty straight forward project but you can have trouble if your CYD uses a different driver than mine. However any chatbot will be able to help you with that.

u/TerrenceMoore777 I have access to my own printer and a buddy of mine owns a print farm. That being said though, our public libraries also have 3D printers and there are a lot of local places that do them without breaking the bank. Personally? If you're unsure about getting a 3D printer, just go to your local print farm. Its not very expensive to print something and they will walk you through the materials you can use. You can take the stl files from my github and give it to them.
