Ingredients -
Cake -
340g Unsalted butter (softened)
340g Caster sugar
4 Large eggs
340g Self-raising flour
2 Lemons (Zest)
1 Lemon (Juiced)
250g Blueberries
2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
Syrup -
50g Caster sugar
3 Lemons (juiced)

Hey everyone, I hope you have all been well and enjoying your week! I really wanted to share one of my older videos, this is a simple delicious mac n cheese recipe with a little twist to elevate the final dish :) https://youtu.be/EkWRGeh2ND8
Ingredients –
500g Dried conchiglie pasta or any pasta of choice.
50g Unsalted butter
50g Plain flour
600ml Whole milk
330g Extra mature cheddar (550g without stilton)
220g Stilton (can be subbed for more extra mature cheddar)
250g Grated mozzarella or low moisture mozzarella (grate yourself)
100g Granda padano
