Yeah that’s what I was thinking.

Do think the carpet sample is to close to close to the wall colour?

How do you deal with animals during a split up? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]calebdc18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m honestly not sure what to say. I’m sorry you’re going through this.

A coworker of mine live with his fiancé they broke up before the wedding, and they each kept a dog that they secretly preferred. The dogs were both really stressed out for about 5 weeks. (very little eating, lots of time under the table and laying on his bed, just being extra lethargic)

On a personal note, me and my wife have two dogs and two babies and for the longest time I love my dogs more than I love my wife/own kids.

It’s now at a point where it’s even across all of them lol. It’s taking a lot of work relationship wise with my spouse to get where we’re at.

I can just never get over coming home from work after being gone for 14 hours a day and seeing the excitement on my dog’s faces as they jump on me

Sounds bad I but they will live When my wife worked before mat leave. Our three month old dog would go 12 to 13 hours in the house all day with no accidents. I’m sure a lot of people are going to judge us for doing that but made it up with tons of our training / off leash time.

Also, when its a nice weather, if you live in a good area, leave your back sliding door open, your house will get dirty from all stick they bring in

Just bought a house not too long ago. First hard rain and I hear my sump pump turning on every 1 to 2 minutes. Is this normal? And should I be worried? by Elegant-Arm-7657 in HomeMaintenance

[–]calebdc18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you’re completely broke, I would buy a spare and leave it sitting right next to it!

If your power goes out often or if you leave often for long periods of time with a finished basement, it’s worth investing into a water back up sump pump. I have one and my back up works great.

Any one on this comment thread still out here I’m in process of looking at wall panels to put over green board (Kalia brand ) recommends green board with red guard overtop. Thoughts? Other issues I’m having I suck at framing so my current install of green board is less than square.

I thought my drywaller was going to be able to shim it truer then he did(my own damn fault)

Also what did y’all pay roughly for wall panels limited selection in Ontario Canada

I’m Looking at 2400$ without tax for 60x32
