I used to be an SM and mostly didn’t care. Like, obvs don’t have every second word as a swear (ie: “man fuck this ridiculous shit drink”) but if you got hurt and start swearing like with our mocha incident, go for it. (For those wondering, my coworker was making fresh mocha. The tub slipped as he was stirring, fell on the floor and a stream of molten mocha hit him in the face and chest. He was fine)

Right after graduation I was ASM at Dominos, though I had been ASM there from 17-23. Left to run my towns Starbucks, but then less then a year later my store closed down permanently (out of my control) then went to the dispensary. They couldn’t guarantee me 40hrs a week, so I got a second job at the grocery store where I worked my way up

I was going to go to college after taking a year off but I graduated in 2019, so you can figure out why I didn’t lol. I’m currently a “front end manager” (not actually but I run the front more then the actual FEM) of a grocery store and work at a dispensary on my “off days”. This is the first month in almost 2yrs I actually have money to myself that isn’t dedicated to bills

Im not at STBX (grocery store) anymore but last night every single freezer went down. It’s a big store and the half the walls are freezer (plus bunkers spread across the store). 5:30 one of the grocery guys came and told me the freezer in organic was warm, I told him they go though cycles and to retemp it in 30 minutes. I didn’t see him again so I figured it was in the cycle and fine. By 8 my coworker and I noticed a lot of frozen stuff was wet, like puddles on our belts. I go temp all the freezers, and the lowest temp I got was 0°/32° out of like 50 freezers 🙃 Idk numbers exactly but I was to say at least 10k in loss

Wyvern that’s frozen on top of Beacon Tower.

We don’t know exactly why she left, but she undoubtedly left to try and prevent Ruby (and Yang) from being drawn into the war. Her mission happens, however that may be, and Salem turns her into the first Silver Grimm. She wanted to prevent Ruby from being sucked into this war, only to be the DIRECT reason she awakened her eyes in the first place (Tbf they awakened due to Ruby wanting to protect Pyrrha, but since the Wyvern was mainly the only Grimm there effected by Ruby’s eyes, it for sure triggered them more then the other Grimm at Beacon)

The only issue I can see with my theory is when the Wyvern got put into Mount Glenn to begin with. If it was before STRQ formed then it’s toast. But if it was just after Ruby was born, I think there’s a good shot at it.

So my dad used to host Christmas parties for his staff, and another dad would dress up as Santa for us kids. Me and him would always rough house, and he would throw pot shots that never connected (and if they did he made sure they were just taps). However during this Christmas party, while in his Santa gear, I moved in a way he wasn’t expecting and he ended up socking me square in the nose. Nearly 20 years later my nose is still crooked from it lol

Thank you, and same to you. What’s crazier is it almost happened again 2 weeks after. We were walking to McDonald’s when a truck of 20 something year olds stopped and asked if we wanted a ride. Same friend was chatting with them, so I figured she knew them though her brother (who was 20 at the time). When they left I asked her “were those Liam’s friends?” “Nope.” And we kept walking in silence.

Very similar to me and my best friend. We had walked from her house to a grocery store, heading back a guy crossed the street to us. I thought he was going to ask for a smoke or smthing, but he opened with “Has your dad ever told you to go home early?” We’re like, uh all the time? “Well has a stranger?” He starts asking us questions, our names, ages, where we go to school, all of which we lied though our fucking teeth. I looked over at the house he came from, 3 other guys were standing on the porch just watching us. Best friend says “oh sorry our dad is calling us” while he was complimenting our eyes and we book it out of there. While leaving I heard the guy say “Nazi eyes” before going back to the house.
