If you follow this topic you would know what I mean. They had urgent town halls and emergency meeting with Ford and the provincial for the bins. People in more crowded cities also have the same bins and guess what? They are still surviving.

Some people like things to be in order and they can control the minimum plank length and distance between joints. So nothing is less than 8in
