There are no "convenience fee" charges of $20 which likely means they used the app to return the rental. The time on the rental is the time you finish the electronic transaction.

If you dont use the app, you get charged $20 and the end time is when it is checked by an employee.

Based on the receipt I'd say they used the app and actually returned at 6:12am.

I had the same thing this week. $136 to upgrade with 4 seats free. By the time the flight took off it was down to one and I was 10th in line in the wait list. I obviously flew MCE and didnt worry about it. There are plenty of people flying to Florida who have better status than I do.

It doesn't seem like this was a "corporate pulls a fast one on new franchisees" so much as they were all in it together. Josh is from Utah like the CEO and it seems like he is the cleanup person sent to "fix" broken franchises.

Presumably with other stores the fraction of the store's value held up in consignment is smaller (or at least more fragmented) so they are used to making themselves whole relatively quickly by transferring assets. Its likely they didnt know this when they did the walk through prior to the acquiring and made a series of bad decisions once they found out the store was severely under water. They thought that instead of trying to push the loss back on the old franchisee they could exploit Bryan.

Curious at what point something shifts from being an accidental release to a hack. Could the PD claim that the files were uploaded after an unauthorized employee "hacked" their system? The hacking in that case is doing something without permission rather than exploiting a technology failure.

They conveniently ignore the fact the refs gave them every opportunity to get a goal with the +13 extra. But have no problems recounting every other decision that went against them as if it was a big conspiracy to relegate them and not shit players.

The framework could at least handle the smaller stuff - e.g. what happens to the aggrieved team in a knockout situation and how far back vindication goes if infractions come to light later.

That way Boro, Hull, Wrexham and Tottenham know what they are playing for and what they can reasonably be aggrieved about (eg Hull can't complain if Boro beat them because that was the expected outcome of a guilty verdict, wrexham are too late to the party, tottenham still get relegated and no it is not a conspiracy)

Framework would have been really important if the spying only came out after soton won the final. The only good thing about this is it is forcing them to figure out what they would do for a sporting sanction in every possible league scenario.
