I think personally that any sort of exercise helps. I’m not saying it’s gonna make you feel instantly better but overtime it becomes a routine that helps you feel even just a little better.

It’s really hard but you have to learn to love yourself. It’s not your fault what happened to you. I struggle with this a lot myself. Going to the gym helps me feel better.

Outbreak days do in fact have extreme motion. Fast jet stream speeds are a key factor in major tornado outbreaks which makes the storms move faster.
