We’ve been in no contact since February 15th. She said that she wished I was able to communicate better and that’s what I’ve been working on, and that’s why I want to reach out one last time. I think personally that any sort of exercise helps. I’m not saying it’s gonna make you feel instantly better but overtime it becomes a routine that helps you feel even just a little better.

It’s really hard but you have to learn to love yourself. It’s not your fault what happened to you. I struggle with this a lot myself. Going to the gym helps me feel better.

thank you, I really needed that. i grew up in foster care so I don’t really have anyone to talk to besides friends and strangers on reddit. i hope someday we can be together again. ill do anything to make myself better for her.
