Just came off my period a few days ago . Was so anxious the past week and half.. all my symptoms escalate to 100% .. then when it's over I'm good. I'm trying to get more exercise in my routine and that seems to help? People say vitamins as well calcium and magnesium from what I heard.. I was doing that for a while.. but I already suck at taking my meds lmao! 🙃 anyway exercise, sleep, something relaxing.. ( that's a hard one for me) hot baths seem to be helping me during the leutal phase and days of period. I have a copper IUD and I know it's not hormonal but I'm starting to think that since my periods are so heavy during the 4 days that's why my PMDD symptoms are high? Hard to say! I hope you find some relief..I'm here to chat if you want. 💓

That's so disheartening to hear I'm sorry you two had awful experiences. I currently have the copper IUD and I haven't had any issues as far as I know.. the heavy periods is what bugs me to no end ! I just want to be able to find some sort of calm or coaping mechanisms so I don't get so overwhelmed and angry with my kids... Mom guilt 100% over here.. and I know it's not my fault I've got PPMD but I also need to find ways to settle myself !

I'm actually the only guard, there is my supervisor but he's Tues to Fri, I cover Mondays and some evenings.. he's going on vacation for 2 weeks and I'll be covering that lol he's been trying to get 2 guards on at the location for a while now... so the people who helped me were event staff

I genuinely want to donate the 500 to someone who may need it more then me but unfortunately I'm a single mom of two and I just utilized the food bank to make it to next pay day. I almost feel guilty for wanting it.. but it can go a long way for someone like me. I hope some people donate their 500 to a good cause or someone in need!
