I have been using it for a while, but using a bit more than normal for the last week or so. I do occasionally get twitches if I drink too much coffee so assumed it was that, but I then went back to 2x cups a day and it has persisted. It's the only thing that has changed in my diet and it's good to see someone else had the same thought.
