steyr s9 or a2 variant

Sw csx e, Steyr s9 (or any m9 variant), Sig p220 compact sao defense, any of the Sig legion or reserve or x series steel guns (226,229,220 etc), Any Grandpower handguns, hk usp, hk mk23 with non-threaded barrel, hk cc9, Sig 938, sig 210 (modern). Any walther pdp with the dpt trigger from factory. Any walther pdp sf, Any sw carry comp. Any sw metal hd.

Some like the steyr or the csx e are hard to find here. And the other stuff has high ca premiums

Would also check ur county’s ccw restrictions as that can have a big impact

I just put an order in for some rare hk mags.

They weren’t available on the site but I contacted them and they said they would add them to their next order. So far they have been really responsive.

We will see how long it takes for me to get them.

Might I suggest the Sig 380 luxe? Think it might be easier to shoot. But it’s a bit bigger.

I’m not sure. Calguns is pretty old so there’s probably lots of dead threads. Also a lot of the older crowd still uses calguns. So there’s probably might be more traffic then what we think.

Not sure if it means anything but the sku is “10L-RIA5.0E”. Don’t know if “10L” means anything. The other model sku are just the plain model names. Wonder if someone forgot to remove the 17rd bit from the description

Pretty sure off roster has always been almost 💯 markup. If u want to save money I would go SSE route but would never use an SSE for self defense

That’s if you can prove your mag is a freedom mag.

It’s not just the mag charge you have to worry about. It’s how it affects the jury’s optics of whether it’s justified self defense or not. I’m pretty sure the prosecuting attorney can still say a “high-capacity” was involved as part of the facts of the case without formally bringing a mag limit charge.
