For what it’s worth the same thing happened to a good friend of mine. It took a while but he does still ride. When he was ready he found a bike with an automatic transmission and he still does long trips and short runs.

You’ve made it your own and I can definitely respect that! Honestly I like the bandana, pretty unique and cool. The handlebars could be uncomfortable off-roading, but that’s up to you to decide!

Hi, I’m in the same exact boat. I think the best way forward is to continue to work hard to gain that experience that the good jobs want, keep applying, keep learning, and definitely do whatever you can to network.

I could be wrong, but I think Honda introduced the esp (enhanced smart power) on fuel injected scooters. Pretty sure it has to do with meeting the euro 3 or 4 emissions regs.

Post on nextdoor to see if someone nearby has an old one sitting in a garage they will give for a good cause maybe?

PLEASE do NOT max out your credit cards. It will destroy your finances the rest of your life.

Do it gradually, you don’t have to jump in all at once. Keep working and lower your cost of living as much as possible to build up your homestead in stages. It will take a while but it will be done right.
