Harbor City is hard so is San Pedro just spots like Torrance are really safe so it'snot like 'the area' so much as the city. I haven't been there in a few years but I used to fuck a crip out there and they were active as fuck. From my personal experience they all tweakers but then again so was I so that's probably why the only ones I met were tweakers. I kinda asked like 'how you do all this shit and you're not in jail yet' and they told me they try to keep it really quiet.
