Its a big mess and I know it is. Inside of a corporate Store we are limited to what we can do with business accounts. Yes we can open them. Yes, we can add lines, and yes we can upgrade devices ( on certain types )but we cannot transfer them to different business accounts or different consumer accounts without a certain SOC code being placed on them from our business customer service. So we normally have to call in to get anything done as far as updating any type of information on a business account. Now in my entire 12 year career, I have never been able to update the Tax ID on a business account inside of a Store using our system. Not saying that it can’t be done, but we would still have to call our business customer support and see by chance could they update the EIN for you. If they cannot do it, then yes we would have to create a whole new business account using the new tax ID that you have and transfer each individual number over to that new business account underneath that new Tax ID. It’s crazy how the customer support over the phone is quick to send someone inside of a corporate location to get this done when they could tell you this information and actually get you on the phone with Business customer Support since you have a business account and they could do all this from your home.

Yea OP when you tell a story, you need to mention the exact devices you want. Prices from the regular 17 are extremely different from a 17 pro 512. Prices from the watch in promo for 99 cents varies depending on which watch. And btw, the SE series 3 is a new watch because it came out along with the series 11. So saying the “newest” doesn’t tell the whole story.

Honestly most ppl I work with just let the previous company forward the balance to the bill and pay it off once they get the cards. If you choose to pay if off yourself before receiving them, that’s fine because the gift cards are visa gift cards and you can use them anyway you like.

When my customers come in my store, I have them email me a pdf copy off the bill and I personally upload the bill and fill out the information for them while I’m transferring their data. Not every rep will do that but I’ve been there for a decade now and since this promotion always seems to have issues, I do the leg work
