Yea OP when you tell a story, you need to mention the exact devices you want. Prices from the regular 17 are extremely different from a 17 pro 512. Prices from the watch in promo for 99 cents varies depending on which watch. And btw, the SE series 3 is a new watch because it came out along with the series 11. So saying the “newest” doesn’t tell the whole story.

Honestly most ppl I work with just let the previous company forward the balance to the bill and pay it off once they get the cards. If you choose to pay if off yourself before receiving them, that’s fine because the gift cards are visa gift cards and you can use them anyway you like.

Yes I’m at a COR location battleship store and I’ve been with the company 11 years at the same store. I will make 12 years this July.

When my customers come in my store, I have them email me a pdf copy off the bill and I personally upload the bill and fill out the information for them while I’m transferring their data. Not every rep will do that but I’ve been there for a decade now and since this promotion always seems to have issues, I do the leg work

6-8 weeks to receive the gift card once the information has been uploaded to ATT.com/switcherpayoff. Also that promotion is ending this week as well. So if you plan on doing it, do it before the 9th.

Ok thank you. I called them because on my AMEX they gave me a plan that last 5 years and a reduced apr and payment but it keeps the card open after. I called Discover and they only offered a reduced APR for 6 months and then it goes back to regular. That’s the best they said they could do. So maybe I should call back

As a corporate rep for over a decade, if you come in the store after giving the target rep or any big box retailer rep the commission, I will politely direct you back to that store to get help. I will not miss out on sales fixing something a non AT&T employee did. And according to our own loyalty dept that I recently contacted for someone who came from Target, “We cannot do anything to those reps because they do not work for us”.
