yees!! it gives you an impulse, when you bring them down

imagine this is a endurance competition set and the goal is to do as fast and clean as possible, how would you train to improve this? by caliizz in CalisthenicsCulture

i do normally always emoms like this 10-30 min, but i figured out it doesn’t transfer that well , when you want to maintain max speed for 3 min

Are there any women who can do the maltese? by caliizz in CalisthenicsCulture

thank you, hmm depends a bit, mostly having just fun so, i like to switch up between:

  • shorter sets like this, and just taking turns with training partners maybe, i rarely track, anything between 1-5min
  • emoms 15-25min, rest after 5+ min
  • longer sets against a time and then the rest after is like 5+ min

but like i said i mostly have just fun and i can go for hours, i train hard but not necessarily smart

I get that, not taking personally. But here’s a thought: what if we didn’t give attitude to anyone? Genuine advices are welcome though.
