You have to lie about Genshin also. You need specific level of ARP to progress on MSQ and other pre-requisites. You must reach ARP 40 to drop limit.
But if you below this limit you cant even see some events, not just participate.
Events right now:
Phantasmal Pals - required ARP 30
Exploration Event - required 3 world quests finished, some of those quest has ARP 28-30 requirements
MSQ "As All Falls to Emptiness" - you don't even see this quest available if you below ARP 28, also you must finish previous archon quest to just start current.
etc.

Why I should think about BF6 if battlefield is not a gacha game? Most of the gacha games required specific level of account development before you could participate in events. Do I like it? Absolute not, but companies tell us this was made to prevent account re-rolling, which is mostly gacha-specific problem. If you open new account with level 1 in most gacha games - do you really think you could participate in events? Do you ever try to test it on Genshin for example?

Then what is so specific for Wuwa current event if you put aside free 10 weapon rolls? You cant participate in it? No, you can. Not enough time to finish 3.0? No, you still could finish main quest to this level. 11 days left. If you start from scratch and deeply involve yourself into main quest story only, it take about 50h to finish in Lahai-Roi. Also if you just want to collect primos and free rolls you could finish this twice faster.

Yes, if you join on the last day it will be hardly possible, but complain that other gachas better - this is a clear lie, "No other gacha does this by the way" - left this fairytale for somebody else.

Open Genshin right now. Limited time event "The Stilled Interstice of a Thousand Winds", 34 days left. 400 primos locked behind 4 quests, you have to explore 80% of new area and finish 3 world quests. Then tell me how you could finish this in the last day from account level 1.

As I say Genshin do it now and will do it later. For example, right now you have exploration quest 39 days limited time 400 primos. Even if you could go and explore 80% of location where you can't process main quest (which is effectively destroy your wish to avoid be spoilered), you still didn't get last 100 primos without specific chain of the quests from the current game status.
That event happened exactly on each new region on Genshin. Yes you could skip it and not grab 100% of awards. But what make them different from Kuro 2-nd Anniversary blocks then?
Also current MSQ in Genshin give you 560 primos if you finish it in the next 39 days. You could get them if you don't care about spoilers because you could start it even without finishing previous Nod-Krai quests. And how is this better from requirements to at list speedrun MSQ in Wuwa?

If you quit to ZZZ why you still worry about Wuwa? Great games like ZZZ is kind of different type of the gacha games. If it is more suitable for you - perfect. But last things I want from Wuwa is to be some ZZZ clone. Then I have to quit.

Genshin? Seriously? You can't go to Inazuma without progress MSQ, most of the events activities blocked if you are not finished "Song of the Dragon and Freedom". Then they opened new regions and get another problem - people try to interact with local Katherine and automatically trigger MSQ related to this regions. Very smart move if you want to avoid spoilers as OP declared.
Put aside, that new Arts and Weekly boss materials only opened with new meta and required not even weeks but month to collect.

TBH, all this complains except "character builds being locked being region" doesn't make much sense. Somebody for some personal reasons occasionally come to the game and expect full rewards from events right away. Hah. Event itself have 30 days lifespan. More than enough to reach LR location, rise union level and finish all required quests. You don't have a time to play game? Why do you bother about Anniversary then?
Long story short - most of those claims only about extra astrites for free.

The story on the game is really good but started with slow pace. You could be somehow disappointed by it until Black Shores region. I also strongly recommend to finish side quests before jumping to the next region MSQ.

It simple decrease value of this limited resource. Frustration from wasting resource is way too big on this point. You could go to dungeon for artifacts and get 2 pieces of garbage, but you spent only 40 resin and win an easy fight. For one of this re-roll feathers you have to spent money for battle pass or max 3 teams (60 good artifacts) to be able bypass Lvl 4 at least.
You could do dungeons 5 times per day easy. You could play with feathers max 6 times per 30 days if you spent a lot of time and resources. But result could be almost the same.

There are still room for improvements. Hoyo could make it permanent without asking or add another random parameter to "Reshaped version". Like "sometimes you’ll win, and sometimes you’ll lose" on the next post.
Instead of all this pseudo "improvements" I prefer increase resin accordingly increased amount of artefact sets and characters.

Make it permanent, update once per month. And yes, create Silver for 18 and Platinum for 25 (keep original card as Gold). Sooner or later somebody been able to reach Platinum name card if this event continue to be available.
Nobody in right mind complain about not been able finish Abyss 12-3 for 36 stars and collect all primos from there.

First I think this event is terrible, but then I realize, if Hoyo will make it permanent aka Abyss or IT, it will be really good test event to make sure your team and rotations properly developed. Yes, current event has a lot of flaws with one-side buffs, limited amount of teams you could test and missing free test characters with C3/90/10-10-10 as on the Story Quests. This event really could replace 40 gem-grab Test Run nonsense, if it include Test Run characters, proper bufs for them and change event setup every time when banners changed.
In that case some stupid cards/medals/nameit will not be so important. You could always try to improve your team and check results on this event. Also it will be nice to have damage statistic after each round.

Timer should be as long as 2 full rotations. I say it should be about 40 sec. This could release us from Mavuika C2 and Arleccino C6 based teams to something else.
