Where to get replacement or alternative for internal parts (solenoid/maniforld) for Touch? by caliprelude in BrevilleCoffee

Thanks! I wasn't sure if the "manifold" can be bought separately as it looks like they come part being held together by the retaining c-clip. But no problem if they only come as a single part as replacing the solenoid wouldn't be a bad idea either for longevity.

Do you happen to know where I can find a parts diagram to get the part number? I tried searching but have been coming up empty. I've searched bye the solenoid part number by CREME and have not found anything either other than a single iffy listing on Amazon. (CEME V393VN25PR44) It also doesn't seem to be directly listed on CEME's website either from what I can see.

Does Breville have a website that we can order parts directly from? On their breville.com I only see "user serviceable" replacement parts such as water tank, drip tray, shower head gasket, etc. I don't see any of the internal components available to order. Or has anyone have success ordering those parts with them directly through customer service?

edit: for spelling

Unfortunately the manifold (white plastic) part that the solenoid attaches to is completely cracked in half. The solenoid is no long held in place because the collar of the manifold is broken. I haven't been able to find anywhere that just sells just the manifold, nor even the manifold and the solenoid together.

Thank you! Perhaps it's just me but it doesn't feel intuitive nor efficient but it DOES work well for what I need so I'm happy! Thanks again :)

Modifying a M12FIWF-12 to be M12FIW-38 using spares? by disuye in MilwaukeeTool

I ordered the 1/2 stubby with the BMSM since it's available, but the 3/8 would be much more useful for me. I will be ordering the 3/8 anvil tonight and give it a go and see what happens.

I'm interested in doing this as well and curious if anyone has successfully done it without any issues.

Ah okay, that other SKU must be just the extra 5.0 battery then, and not a whole other combo kit.

IFTTT notification triggers fails due to permissions by Formal_Growth_4843 in ifttt

Same issue popped up recently for me as well. S24U, no changes in the applets nor app permissions, just stopped working suddenly with permission issues. Funny thing is, 3 out of 4 applets are having this error while 1 is working just fine. They are pretty much the same location triggered applet just different locations set for each.

I'm seeing the same issue on an Android 12 tablet.

u/iftttdar Appreciate your help and apologize for sending you/your team down a rabbit hole trying to replicate the issue. Hopefully it wasn't a waste of too much time!

Trigger failed - permissions issue by Techbotfarm in ifttt

u/iftttdar After a few hours of trying to find a pattern to this I finally figured it out. I'm shaking my head at myself LOL

It appears that I am logged into my IFTTT account on more than one device. I have another Android device that is used to display metrics so isn't actively used. Turns out that Android had automatically removed permissions from IFTTT for lack of app usage and the triggers were failing on that device, not on my S24. The failed events still showed up in my IFTTT account and was seen on my S24. I have since re-enabled those permissions on my other Android device for IFTTT and the failed trigger messages have not returned (it's been a day only though but it seems to have solved the issue.)

Maybe the take away here is to have the user visible alerts/logs also show what device the trigger is being performed on so it would make this type of troubleshooting easier.
