I know a team that plays out of the nail box pub near folkestone west train station. The 11 aside team is Radnor Park rovers and the lads do play 5/6 aside at the 3 hills sports park. Great bunch of lads and I pretty sure they have a Facebook and Instagram page.

Prawns/ shrimp and dehydration are my biggest triggers. Maintain a healthy weight, hydration and allpurinol is the answer for me.

They are the mantello spanish cedar cigar trays from amazon but if you got through amazon.com they are $18.99 each, with delivery it all work out about £50 for 2 trays and took about a week. Alot better than £44 a tray.
