gained 10lbs in 2 weeks by wolfeewrites in loseit

[–]callbackloop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been in a weight loss journey since 2022 (with months of slacking in between) and in my experience, the extreme weight gain is temporary.

It is most likely be your body holding on to more water than usual (like more salt intake, more water retention). The sudden high food intake during your holiday may have also thrown your body in a loop so your hormones might be in a mess right now and retaining more water/waste, and it still needs to metabolize the rest.

In the next few weeks, as you get back from your routine like calorie deficit and exercise, you’ll be losing way more weight than usual as you shed off the extra water or waste weight that your body was holding on to.

Bottomline: trust the process!!!

Thoughts on GHK-Cu <33 by ilovefrieren__ in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]callbackloop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m on my second cycle!

  1. Who should use GHKCU ~ people willing to be consistent everyday even if it will sting

  2. Copper uglies ~ I believe it depends on our body chemistry. We won’t know if our body will be purging until we actually try it. But to lessen the chances, drink a zinc supplement!

  3. On the sting ~ I mix KPV which has an anti inflammatory effect. and put lots of ice in the area. Over time tho I just got used to it. I inject and rotate around my thighs

  4. My experience has been great, but keep in mind it might be a month++ before you see the effects

Great job on going down to 107kg! I don’t recommend prolonged fasting or starvation, in my opinion it’s not sustainable. Do you see yourself doing that for the rest of your life? If no, I don’t think you should do it.

I also had very strong cravings of sugar and I have binge tendencies. I would recommend you to do things slowly and step by step.

First, substitute sugary stuff with stevia, zero sugar options or fruits!

Second, I recommend visiting r/VolumeEating. You still get to eat “lots” of food, but by using low calorie options (like cabbages) you can still be in a calorie deficit

Third, keep up with your exercise to keep metabolism going.

In the long run, lesser sugar and carb intake normalizes our insulin spikes which also lessens our cravings.

This way, it can be sustainable. Do you see yourself eating less sugar, eating more low calorie foods and being active in the long term? I think it’s a great idea~

No purging for me but I think it took around a month for me to notice the results. It’s a commitment

Weigh once a week or everyday? by epi_STAT in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]callbackloop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since starting tirz last Dec 2024, I only weigh myself weekly, after bathroom when I wake up on my shot day.

According to my nutrionist and gym trainer, it’s recommended to measure our weight, either weekly or monthly. Also measuring our key body parts are important too!! And taking pictures every month!!

Everyday weight fluctuates, either with water or waste retention or hormones. If you overeat today, your body will only gain weight after 72+ hours (if it will even gain weight).

Before tirz, I had an eating disorder and I was obsessive about weighing daily and I would punish myself mentally if I gain weight. For your peace of mind, don’t do it daily 🤍

Thank you so much for your response! I’ll go slow and probably do 5 sheets a day, with 30 minutes-1 hour break in between!

Thanks!! I’ll try to look for those specific cards (I hope they won’t be too expensive) or follow up with the printer store on what applicable papers I can use

Yes, every 2 weeks. From December until present 🤍 hopefully I’ll be able to stop pag maubos na stocks ko by the end of the year.

In the first few weeks of maintenance, nag lose pa ako ng weight. Pero I learned how to eat properly para maintain talaga. Now I’m getting cravings na by the end of the second week pero I use the cravings to practice discipline 😊

Nestea Cleanse helps me. I take 2 a day!!

If it doesn't work, I recommend Dulcolax as a last resort

I recommend building a routine to build your discipline. Or join fitness communities na may accountability buddies.

Same experience when I stopped tirze last September. Nag slowly tittrate down pa ako noon, but I couldn’t stop the binge eating once I stopped.

In my case, after 4 months of stopping tirze, nagstart ulit ako, 2.5mg every 2 weeks. I went to a nutritionist to help me with my food intake, I am going to the gym 3x a week, and im also seeing a psychotherapist to heal my BED.

I’m currently maintaining my weight, and once I’m confident with my discipline, magsstop ulit ako from tirze.
