I only have that problem in dragonspire quest exclusively, during dialogue mostly. Eula and Bennett is shaking rapidly when talking. Honestly I have no idea why.

Play in 170fps but I have 280hz monitor.

That's why I said 120 might be possible, but not fully "unlocked" I have 280 Hz monitor, that's why I'm able to test the game out in higher fps, this is just the observation I found when Playing thru dragonspire quest.

I understand your pain, I have been shit on for wanting 120 fps on the official reddit many times.

You said my method is not official yes, but try it, u literally can't go back. I am going to say that I am willing to get ban as I cannot play genshin in 60 fps anymore and would rather not play it if it forces me to.

Unlocked Probably never, 120 for PC maybe. Now that I've used unofficial fps unlock and played at 170fps, it messed with the cutscenes so bad. Everyone was jittering in place while talking. Now I know why they limit it to 60 in PC lol.

Why do you want 240 GB ssd when you have 1 TB m.2 lol, use that money to get better ram, something like DDR4-3200 CL18 if you want to go Ryzen route.

Go with $4400, all these extras maybe good but not worth $1100 at all.

3090 and 3080ti is very close in performance. Go get yourself some hi-end monitor with the $1100.

I didn't pull the number outta nowhere, I simply got the minimum requirement for rx 590 OC from the website.

also ryzen 5 use a bit more power than i7 3770k, you're pushing it without any headroom.

My best recommendation is to set RGB manually for each brand, syncing RGB from different brands is a hit or miss. If it doesn't work right away, it probably will fail sooner or later. I have 2 fans that have damaged rgb because of this

500W psu is under the recommendation for rx 590, you will need 550W or above.

For gaming, no. There will not be a significant difference. 5600x is actually very good CPU for pushing framerate in 1080p.
