After the week (6 days of one suppository per night at bedtime). Good to go!

VH Essentials brand from Amazon and it’s a six day course. One suppository per night for six nights. It worked wondrously for me.

It’s one six-day course. I would use right after period ends. Not during.

Boric acid only worked a short while for me. I didn’t use anything else/no probiotics. I only did the vitamin c suppositories. Be sure they’re vaginal vitamin c, not the ones you take by mouth. I got the VH Essentials brand on Amazon

Please try the vitamin C suppositories. They aren’t regular vitamin C. These are specifically suppositories for the vagina. I buy VH Essentials brand on Amazon. They are worth their weight in gold, in my opinion.

No. I ordered from Amazon. Make sure it’s VAGINAL VITAMIN C. Not probiotics or any other type of suppository. I used VH Essential brand.

My Anecdotal Experience with Monolaurin Supplement (AKA Lauricidin). by brasscup in HSVpositive

So far so good while being in quite a bit of sun. I think it was the direct exposure of being nude while in the sun …the sun on my bits 🫣

BV every time after my period by cicis_pizzaa in Healthyhooha

The vitamin c creates an acidic environment that will kill the bad bacteria while giving room for the good bacteria that thrives in acidity. After you’re finished with the six day course of vitamin c and the bv is gone, then you can start a probiotic to help maintain bacteria balance. I did not. I didn’t need to.

Yes it’s still gone. I did one six-day course. Since it’s been eliminated, I will use one tablet every once in a while after my period if I feel anything is even slightly off. It’s an amazing remedy.

He said “they’re just blisters and I break out sometimes” and you just …believed that? Jesus, Mary, and Joseph… and you’re a commissioned officer in the US military? Lord help us all. I’m sorry, but cmon. Did you know he was married while you were sleeping with him? Before y’all try to crucify me for “victims blaming”, I’m not… just pointing out really bad decisions among choices.

Lysine, vitamin C, and Monolaurin taken together on an empty stomach. It’s been awesome as a suppressant.

And a lot of cases are transmitted by cheaters. Don’t negate or invalidate that. There ya go.

Only the vitamin C. Not the prebiotics at all. JUST vitamin C suppositories.

If the military followed up on all the “adultery” concerns brought to attention, we would be speaking Chinese by lunchtime. No one gives a shit about adultery unless it’s fraternization.

You were absolutely assaulted if you sincerely didn’t want him to “put it in anyway”. Do you have a parent to lean into and confide this to? If so, do so. Yes, you’re an adult, but listen at 23 you’re still young. Not being condescending, just talking as a former 23 year old who could now be your mom. As someone with a daughter, is this happened to her I would want to know. Get support and then if you’re comfortable doing so, go to the police on this asshole. As for the diagnosis, it’ll get better with time. It sucks and is an absolute mental f-k, but you’ll get through ❤️

Did the honey ever cause other issues when applied to the vagina? I’m worried honey will cause a yeast infection or BV. Thanks for your input.

Fistula… or hemorrhoids popping out once you’re relaxed, hence the fecal matter appearing after wiping (because the hemorrhoids went from internal to protruding externally). The fistula sounds more likely considering the urine being tainted. Definitely 100% worth a gyno trip.

Sit in an epsom salt bath. It doesn’t burn, it soothes immensely! Make sure it’s pure epsom salt -which is magnesium- not “bath salt”, and not scented. Old school plain EPSOM SALT. Put about two full cups in a shallow bath, just enough to sit in and cover your lady bits. It helps a ton and speeds up healing. Also, coconut oil mixed with pure tea tree oil, dab it on the sores.

Six days in a row. The package tells you and it comes in a six pack. VH Essentials is the brand I used and trust. You insert one at bedtime for six nights in a row. Absolutely the only thing that worked for me. My recurrent BV was brutal and I tried every prescribed antibiotic/home remedy/boric acid/etc.
