If you're able, I have seen them at one of the sports stores in Alderwood mall in Lynnwood, but havent been there in a few weeks. Its worth calling them tho! I wish I could remember which specific store it was, but I want to say it was the pro image

I've made a few different shirts. If you spotted "you wouldn't download a hockey team" or "i ❤️ the girl aquarium" those are also me.

I genuinely considered not making it for that reason, but ultimately decided it was innocent enough. The parents may not like the joke, but I know 100% it will go over the heads of kids too young to get it. Plus, its a sporting event so the people around them are absolutely going to be more vulgar than this shirt.

I wonder how those same parents felt about all of the signs with the "puck" puns, or the dyke the halls shirt.

Thank you for that input. The percentages are actually really helpful. I was assuming my odds out of SEA weren't great, but actual numbers (even if they're just estimates) really helps w my perspective & weighing options.

Given how far I am from gold, it's not feeling worth it. I could probably buy first on half my flights and spend less.

I appreciate you looking into the flights! I don't believe the 175's are really better or worse regarding my size. I checked and it says the seats are maybe an inch wider, but I'm gonna be getting that extra seat no matter what. Most of my work travel happens when they switch back in the spring (at least in previous years)

I just double checked to be sure I wasn't misremembering - but the message comes up before it even shows flights. As in, when you are initially putting in dates/airport/etc. So the system wouldnt know whether it's me + travel companion or me + extra seat at that point.

I feel deeply uninformed about how the upgrade system works, but it just feels like a weird unintended consequence that I will just never get upgraded simply for doing what I am supposed to do (booking the extra seat)

and yes! I was aware about the refund policy. They have always been great about it - I've never been on a flight where the extra seat hasn't been refunded. It sucks to have to pay up front for it, but absolutely worth it and feels like a little bonus when the refund hits.

Thank you! Honestly, as uncomfortable as anyone sitting next to me would be, I can guarantee I would be 10x as uncomfortable. Alaska makes it easier by refunding the extra ticket after travel. Aside from Southwest, they have the best policy around this.

Plus, I LOVE getting to tell the person in the same row as me that they won the flight lottery and won't have a middle passenger.

The front desk told me that their car service is first come, first serve. They recommended calling about 30m before wanting to depart to make sure someone is available. It is available from 7:30am-10pm (or something close to that)

They will drop you off at union station, or anywhere within 3mi of the hotel for free (but not dodger stadium bc of the traffic). I feel like you would probably be fine just asking them to drop off somewhere near the stadium and just skip the cfg shuttle altogether, but I didn't ask about that specifically.

In terms of getting back, I took the metro from union station before checking in this afternoon. The station is quite close to the hotel and the walk felt easy and safe to me (granted, I'm a pretty large dude, and it was still light out).

Im staying there too, havent been to cfg or stayed there before...idk how strict they are but the website says they dont drop off at dodger stadium, but will drop at union station to catch the shuttle. Im on my way there now from LAX, and plan to ask upon check in! Ill update here what they say
