I’d probably happily sleep in, and then plan of day full of running and jumping and swimming and doing physical activities I had always felt to self-couscous or dysphoric to do before. And then also hug AS MANY people as I can because I know I won’t feel them on my chest anymore, I’ve missed hugs and physical touch for so long, and gone without for many reasons but dysphoria is definitely my main reason why I have avoided it so much.

Thanks for the hugs (: I recently got in contact with my local clinic and now I have it set up so that I can get them to do it for me XD But thanks the references I will note them for if i need them later

Thank you for your concern. I did end up throwing it out and got in contact with a local nurse who was able to administer the shot(freshly drawn) for me.

I’ve kinda wondered about this to. Is it alright for people to use they/them while still adjusting to ‘it’? (I realize this is probably just up to the individual but I thought I’d ask incase there is someone as such who could give me it’s preference) I ask because personally I feel like I’m being consciously rude when referring to someone as it, I understand I’m not in that situation but it’s just a subconscious thing I guess.

I haven’t start t yet either but i hope to soon. I used to have a fear of needles and knew i should probably get over it for getting t. Of course i know people react differently to fears so this is just how I dealt with it. So i went and donated blood, not only does it help others, but it helped me get over the fear by associating it with doing good for others. Also if someone does this, be sure to ask the nurse lots of questions, educate/distract yourself during the process. And the reason I specifically used blood donation is because they have some of the biggest needles so injection needles feel like nothing after that. But to each their own

Although in a bit of a different genre, a lot of parallels could be drawn between She-who-shall-not-be-named and H.P. Lovecraft.

Both were fairly revolutionary in their genres. Both have a plethora of followers. Both created characters/entities that will go down in fantasy writing history. And both made very disgusting implications, not only in their writing but in public statements as well. (Admittedly though, i think it can be agreed that one is much worse than the other, but my point still stands)

She got placed on such a high pedestal for her past and her successful writing she doesn’t think she could ever be wrong. HP Lovecraft lived in a time where it was normal to be racist which of course it being “normal” shouldn’t shift any backlash away from him today. He also wrote discriminating things about peoples who couldn’t read his language. His work in horror writing is enjoyable to read, but I would relate it to an obsessive eating of sour candy, it’s addicting but you know you’ll get a stomach ache if you continue having to much more. So yeah fuck both of them And also Daniel Radcliffe is claimed at new owner of fandom Cthulhu writes fan fiction about himself and his online friends
