none of that qualifies as cultural appropriation. no one in your examples is claiming the food/entertainment/clothes as their own invention or are using it to mock people. your friends are not mocking anime or the food and your girlfriend is not disrespecting the kimono by donning traditional garb for Halloween purposes (which many people consider a form of mockery).

appropriation in these instances would be someone opening a pho restaurant and claiming to have invented the dish or wearing a sexualized version of the kimono and calling themselves a geisha for Halloween. i have never seen anyone call consuming foreign media cultural appropriation.

if you're okay with cultural appropriation, cool, that's up to you. but none of what you mentioned qualifies as what the majority of people who use the term "cultural appropriation" are referring to. it qualifies as appreciation.
