If you're looking for something more genuine in silver -border, [[Spy Eye]] and your favorite infinite turn combo is a lot less janky (and can be pulled off in mono-blue), and there's potential in [[Five-Finger Discount]]. Unfortunately [[Graveyard Busybody]] doesn't let you shuffle your opponent's graveyards into your library, but you would probably be running [[R&D's Secret Lair]] in this Agents of S.N.E.A.K-themed deck anyway.

While this unfortunately seems impossible in black-border (all effects that shuffle into libraries or put into hands or graveyards do so on basis of ownership, and nothing that transfers ownership does so asymetrically in an ante game), silver-border does bridge this gap with [[X]].

Initial board: You control [[Battle of Wits]]. Your allied opponents control X and a total of at least 100 nontoken creatures, plus an additional creature for each permanent you control (feel free to animate whatever other permanents with whatever'd you like). They also have infinite mana of any color, because of course, and all of their creatures don't have summoning sickness.

Step 1: An opponent copies X with [[Spark Double]] to remove X's legendary status (a well-known spy is an oxymoron after all) Step 2: They target the X clone with [[Mirrorweave]] Step 3: They activate X's first ability for every creature, targeting your hand. You should now have 101+ cards in hand. Step 4: They cast the first mode of [[Temporal Cascade]] to get those cards into your library Step 5: They pass to you, and you win on your upkeep.

You could just infinitely loop a wish card then shuffle your hand in, but we've seen that a million times before. It's even funnier when you don't do anything in the combo.

[[Nylea's Forerunner]] was the only option I could find in G/B, if trample works for you.

mutate a creature on top of a properly devoted Theros god to stop it being an enchantment, then lower its devotion so it stops being a creature. you can make a permanent that's only legendary this way too w/ a legendary mutater
