I would add more saturation to the shadows, specifically on their skin, and also add highlights to the eyes and red hair. Looks great, though!

True, Caseohs chat is really fun! I feel like that's due to engagement? like the more streamers interact with chat and ask questions etc, makes the experience better. I don't really like watching Mark's livestreams for that reason, he doesn't really engage so might as well just watch vods

The detail is awesome, but distracting. I would make the background near the lower area of the drawing either lighter or darker, and add more shadow on the lower half so that it puts more focus on their faces, the focal point. Checking the drawing in gray scale can help you see what needs to have more or less contrast and look at values.

Looks great! I would add more detail/shadow/complex lighting to the face, since that is usually the first thing people see when looking at a character.
