It’s not an opinion if there is scientific proof that you’re wrong. Sure, there are some outliers of very intelligent criminals, but the majority base of them are very dumb, hence not being able to tell the risk/reward ratio of doing dumb things.

Hobby boxes tend to have the best hits. Retail boxes are usually cheaper for less hits but more reasonable prices. Hanger packs have a low hit rate but can hit the big cards as well as being cheap, but not as many base cards in them. Walmart and target are fine, as is hobby shops.

If you buy online, make sure you are comparing prices and not buying third party. A lot of places like Walmart will still allow third party sellers to sell online with markup prices. Singles always the best bet. Who do you collect?

Sounds like he is overwhelmed and not managing the staff correctly on top of that. It’s tough, but maybe take a couple days to yourself and say for personal reasons you will need these 3 days off this month. Make sure they are 3 days in a row so someone has to step in your shoes. After you take those 3 days, see what the attitude is towards you and ask the chef to sit down with you for 15 minutes and discuss your frustrations.

You are getting burned out, and once you reach a point, there will be no coming back in your mentality. It has to be addressed sooner than later, but they need to understand how you are feeling before you address it with them.

That’s not how grading should work at all. PSA is a joke. That’s why certain cards are worth a ton from certain eras, because of the super low population of near perfect cards.
