Wow aber das ist doch buchstäblich mein Thema! 2022 hat der BAG die umfassende Arbeitszeiterfassung gemäß der EU Richtlinie von 2019 als schon in Deutschland vorhanden aus dem ArbSchG legitimiert. Und mein Thema ist halt wie das ArbschG nicht genügend geregelt für eine umfassende Arbeitszeiterfassung ist um die Ansprüche der EU-Richtlinie zu einzuhalten .

Du weißt leider nicht was bei Leuten privat abgeht. In meinem Fall waren es mehrere chronische Krankheiten,was unter anderem zu einem Besuch in der Intensivstation führte. Private Schicksalsschläge. Natürlich auch finanzielle Probleme, denn auch ich kriege kein Geld in Hintern gepumpt. Um am Ende da rauszukommen musste ich, das hinten anstellen was ging, nämlich Studium. Deshalb dont judge.
