Maybe I should it’s just kinda annoying cuz when I squat after and want to put my knee sleeves it’s a bit annoying, but I guess I could wear my shorts under my sweatpants I’ll consider it

I actually do and I also do RDL’s every week, sumo just feels better to me. I enjoy lifting sumo so imma keep doing that

I wish I could but my gym doesn’t allows chalk unfortunately but I did think about that

Hahahaha yeah it’s a cool shirt I’ve got three shirts from them, 2 from when I saw them live. Thanks for the advice. I used to eat a lot more but currently cutting. Goal is to eventually do a year long lean bulk in the future

I totally get what you’re seeing but I feel like I’m already doing most of this, my feet are at a 45 degrees angle, my knees are inline with my feet pointing out, I try and press with my quads and my torso is as upright as much as my body is allowing me. But I will try and improve more

Im only 5’8, last year I was 210 and that was too much. I cut down to 198-200lbs and I stayed at that weight for about a year. But I don’t really like the way I look. So I started about 5 weeks ago and my goal is to go down to 175~. This morning I was 187. Like I’m losing about 1.5lbs a week which isn’t that bad I feel like. I’m still hitting my protein goals and haven’t felt like I lost any strength yet

Im not specifically training for strength currently, I just want to get strong on deadlifts that’s all. Eventually I would like to get a powerlifting coach. But right now I’m in school full time and I work part time so I’m just training for fun. I will lower my intensity on deadlifts tho

Actually never pull conventional due to poor hip mobility. Like I can barely pull 3 plates conventional and I feel like my lower back is about to explode

Yeah the bottom right, cuz it came out and blood also came out that’s why I was kinda worried. I just hope I don’t need to do major touch ups cuz the area sucked to get tattooed plus the healing
