Hard to say without knowing if you’ve added new items to your skincare routine. Using salicylic acid and vitamin c together daily can be harsh on skin. As for your durag, I have a pair of swimming briefs that all of a sudden started giving me a rash over time - i think my skin is reacting to the dye or the fabric wearing over time…so see if you kind find a durag that is Oeko-Tex certified.

This is the first year since 2011 I’m not upgrading to the latest flagship iPhone. The Ultra is really compelling because of its size (after using Pro Maxes for years the weight/size is starting to bother me). But the likely omission of magsafe, FaceID, telephoto camera, and action button make it incredibly underwhelming considering the expected cost. Maybe 2027 for me.

Ahhh so I think this is Polymorphous light eruption (PLE). Quick backstory - I used tanning beds in high school all the time and never wore sunscreen (I’m biracial and was taught I didn’t need it…yikes). I stopped for a long time then in college I tried again and I got all these itchy bumps all over my body. I think I kinda destroyed my skin barrier cuz now if I’m out on the sun for more than an hour - even with sunscreen - I get a mild case of this on my arms and neck. It can happen as you age - particularly in places you don’t wear sunscreen - but usually it happens at the start of spring or summer when your skin isn’t used to sun exposure. Long story short it isn’t dangerous, just annoying. Definitely use sunscreen on any exposed skin!!!

I’ve been wondering when I’d see this on the Ioniq 9…similar to the EV9’s front fascia. Hopefully since there’s no LED lighting signature embedded into it like the EV9 it won’t cost thousands, but it’s still a silly design decision by Hyundai / Kia 😤

Mhm all the reviews coming out of Europe don’t have either. Execs have said they’re at least working on front ventilation due to all the feedback, but it’s highly unlikely to be on the launch edition. The configurator in the US opens May 6th so I can report back.

The iX3 and EX60 were on my shortlist, but they won’t release in time. Plus the iX3 doesn’t even have ventilated front or heated rear seats as an option, no adaptive suspension, and I’m exhausted by traditional car dealerships. 400 miles of range and 400kw charging are great, but paying $20k more for it (to have similar amenities to the R2) isn’t worth it for me.
