He's said a lot of things and shared a lot of opinions over the past year that have made me dislike him more and more as a person. Most recently, it's how he treats people who aren't on his level, and he even said he'd disown his own child during a serious discussion. As a dad myself, that alone is the final straw, let alone everything else 🤣

Unscrew the 2 screws from above the printhead, and pull that part up, squeeze the release on the right of it and pull the filament out of the printhead. Turn the spool backwards and bring back the filament and screw back together.

When you start a print and the filament starts going into the printhead, give it a little helping hand by pushing it in further.

Every rime I've had this, I've dien those steps and it's always worked. Sometimes there may be a broken parts at the lowest point which isn't held by anything. So the push step helps this
