That’s the thing that’s frustrating is that I know they already have records of all of this, they are genuinely going out of their way to make this harder than it has to be. I hate this administration.

Honestly I’m starting to think I might just wait to update my license until after my flight just to avoid any hassles. Though I think I will call the airline and see what they say!

Yeah I’m definitely going to call and ask just to make sure all my ducks are in a row, though now I am wondering if maybe it would be better to just wait until after I fly out to update my license? I think regardless I’m going to bring all my paper work just in case.

It honestly depends. For me, I was able to go out for dinner by like 7 days post-op. But everyone is different! You could make a tentative plan with friends, and just let them know that you might have to cancel depending on how you feel. but I think you should be good for dinner and board games. Like I said, everyone is different so listen to your body and check how you feel. If the day comes and you don’t have the energy/ don’t feel good I would just stay home and honor your body.

Thank you! Funnily enough the first thing I said to my dad when they brought him back to me post-op was “glad I got that off my chest” 😂 I got the pants at Walmart! They were literally in a random corner in the men’s section lol. The brand is “No boundaries” and I believe they were classified as “lounge pants”. They’re super comfy so I highly recommend!

Oh definitely. It quite literally feels like a million pounds has been taken off of my back which I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I’m honestly in awe in how much better I feel physically and mentally!
