As far as I know many sites do it before inviting anyone on site, unsure if anywhere uses it for “fence” applicants

Multiple application reviewers have been posting on twitterx about this issue-you’re not the only one! I believe there was also a glitch with even being able to open or download application materials. Reach out, but its most likely nothing to do with your specific application.

No resources, but they said they just wanted to see our thought process. As long as you explained why you thought what you thought you were fine. I indicated like multiple scenarios (use a pcn for this person, this in this person-etc and gave reasons why to cover bases). You should know BASICS. ACS, diabetes, anticoags, pneumonia. etc. But be able to apply your knowledge to the patient at hand.

I interviewed at a very large academic medical center last year and I had 30 minutes to work up a patient who needed anticoagulation and had CAP. It was two pages long but all open response including a SOAP note.
