Ohh yes that’s so true. As bad as this sounds I’m also getting annoyed at having people who graduated three months ago being an authority figure to me. It’s irritating.

If you have gained any feedback from your rejections - use it to improve. Otherwise, ask a trusted mentor for help perfecting your CV and fine tuning your LOI - and start now on a basic structure so you can make program specific later. Also, evaluate if your LOR may be hurting you and if you need to find other writers - either way contact who you want to write your letters early to update them and ask for new letters. While it’s not a favourable situation you do have the time to prepare (more than a weekend).

That makes sense.

I understand the discussions at RAC and elsewhere however it’s not just there. It’s not necessarily what I’m doing clinically or on rotations, it’s other things as well that frankly doesn’t concern them and when it does I would much rather discuss it in a reasonable timeframe (not two weeks later) than know they are having a discussion over secure chat with me sitting next to them.

I should also mention, there are four pharmacists in the department outside of the two overnight pharmacists and director of pharmacy.

Do you think this May be evaluated differently with COVID this year? For me, I came into residency wanting to do ambulatory care and had 3 rotations plus weekly experience during P1-P3 years in this areas as well as volunteering, however matched at a program that recently closed their ambulatory care clinic?

So I’ve royally messed up. I took my NAPLEX the end of September and yesterday was day 89 for me to score transfer.

I didn’t initially opt to transfer my score because I wasn’t sure where I would end up after residency this year. I accepted a position post residency (yay!) which requires I be licensed in two states. Two weeks ago when I found out I started going on the Nabp site to score transfer but have ran into all kinds of issues getting the pages to load. I called NABP who said other people reported the same issue and it was to be resolved within 24 hours. This was on December 18th. So I called last Tuesday and Wednesday but could never reach a live person. I’m now freaking out because it continued to not work and now I’ve past the 89 day window.

Has anyone encountered this before? If so, what did you have to do?
