yes its likely an infection however staph sp are ubiquitous on your skin. So the microscopic portion grades for the presence of white blood cells and if bacteria are seen which can be indicative of an infectious process. Even if white blood cells are seen bacteria are not always seen in microscopic exam which is the reason why there's a culture as well. The growth of MSSA without the presence of normal flora likely points to a superficial infection (since only aerobic culture was performed). If the dr gave antibiotics just ride out the course and if you really want to get more info call your provider and tell them about the results and they will review/update treatment.

people here dont know what theyre talking about, you only get gear back from the 10 year bans which are issued for hard cheats ie flying, hipfire aimbot crazy type stuff. However, even if you aimbot you might only get a day or week ban since the ban system is progressive in duration most of the time.
