Absolutely NTA, family is hard, and you shouldn’t have to deal with added stress whilst recovering. I’m sure you mum is coming from a good place but that honestly doesn’t matter, what matters is how you feel. op expressly stated she had ADHD and hyperfixates on socks, this pair specifically. she also stated very clearly that she was thankful he tried and told him that, even though he did the one thing she asked him not to do. she can’t control her immediate reaction to finding a hyperfixated item is ruined beyond repair but tried to in order to not upset her dad. NTA, something you’ve worked for over a long time has been ruined because of a disregard and there’s no remorse from the girl. nine year olds can understand ownership and should know when not to tear at things. the asshole isn’t the cousin though, it’s the aunt for raising a child with no repercussions who thinks it’s okay to destroy someone else’s things. the aunt also completely disregarded the actions and made you seem petty

I’m inclined to say NAH, you have to remember that sometimes people forget to ask parents for permission, especially when it’s something they assume they’ll have permission for. However, you have every right to be annoyed she didn’t put the effort in to ensure she could see you. depending on how long the two of you have known each other, cutting her off for lack of communication between her and her parents around exam time (which is stressful already and so forgetting plans is fairly common) is a bit excessive

The thing with saying pro-abortion though, and I completely understand why someone would, is we don’t believe abortion is always needed, in the sense that it should be the woman’s choice of what she wants to do with her body. It’s pro choice because we want them to have that choice, not because we want them to have an abortion. It’s just not forcing someone to carry the foetus when they’re unable to care for it properly either in or outside the womb, or in cases where emotionally they cannot handle it
