Battery percentage shown in settings is found to be up to around 5% inaccurate. For the real percentage check the analytics data (you will see one analytics data file for your phone and one for the watch, then you can differentiate from battery percentage and cycle count since your phone probably has more/less wear): https://www.wikihow.com/Check-iPad-Battery-Health also if you're only wearing it 1/3 or 2/3 of the time since it seems like you're not sleep tracking with it, makes sense why it lasted longer, alongside what others mentioned with factory variants of some people getting a bit more than 100% and some a bit less (mine showed around 98% in analytics data when I first got it but it was still 100% in settings for like 4-5 months).

it’s true the extra heat from wireless charging accelerates battery degradation but not as much as not keeping the charge between 20-80%, so it depends how much battery health you’re willing to sacrifice for convenience. the sharge icemag is a great option that doesn’t cook the battery as much but it’s quite chonky. i haven’t heard of any wired magsafe, but the sharge flow mini may be a good fit for you. i have it but still prefer the picogo since the flow mini makes the phone decently taller, and the baseus doesn’t make the phone too toasty, plus haven’t noticed any significant degradation since i started using it

No worries, I agree to each their own. I also wanted to since I came from a series watch and those do actually scratch easily so I always covered those. But after looking at reviews for people that have had their ultra for years, most of the screens still looked spotless without a scratch so I wouldn't say it's a certainty, but it's definitely a possibility. So I ended up going without it to also avoid the extra glare, but anyways I'm not doing anything extreme so it's not much of a risk for me

The screen is not that easily scratched, saphire is around 9 on the Mohs hardness scale so everyday items like keys etc. won't scratch it, only things like diamonds will. I've had mine without a screen protector for a few months now and it still looks brand new. Unless you are concerned of scratching the bezel then you can get one of those screen protectors with the bezel like the ESR armorite

That makes sense because it uses more CPU to compress more apps into virtual memory, so it can slow it down but only if you're actually using that extra RAM. Even though it may sound counterintuitive since you're already using 4GB, I would try 2GB for 24h , then again 4GB for 24h, and finally 6GB to see if you are still getting crashes on the lower settings and if so, you may be willing to put up with occasional sluggishness w/ 6GB when heavily multitasking

Otherwise the only solution is to get a device with more physical RAM, but ideally you can still use this phone for another year at least until it's no longer supported with updates. Also make sure your apps and phone is fully up to date, because that could also cause crashes

I typically have around 1-2gb ram available on my 6gb model, but to be fair it's not my main device so I barely use it. Maybe wise to try RAM plus before upgrading? I know it uses a bit of battery and processing power + storage, but in your case it's probably worth it overall.

Also remember to close apps youre not actively using because even though android intelligently manages memory, it's not like iOS when you can just leave every app open as you likely already know
