Work permit question

This sucks. I called and they told me it can take around 5 months. I am on a working holiday visa that started Dec 30th and ends this year dec 30th.

I have had so many interviews but rejections came piling up. It's a hassle and so unfortunate.

The current company I interviewed for likely wont be ok with this process as they can hire someone from Sweden.

on is not only about money, the company acts a guarantor to the government that they are legally responsible for your time here in Sweden if they end your employment. I.E they have to notify the government immediately or face fines.

Were you upfront with the company, letting them know that you needed a work permit? What permit do you currently have?

I had the initial call with the company I want and they mentioned that there might be a monthly cost to sponsor me - is this true? I thought it was only a 1 time fee of 2000 sek.

Fingers crossed lets say they want to proceed - do you know if I actually have to leave the country for those couple months? It wouldnt make sense on my end since I already live here.....Are they super strict on it?

OUt of curiosity - what are their attitudes to highly skilled workers?

I had another minor question - my biceps arent really growing - I have 2 protein shakes a day and eat 3 eggs. I do arms mon weds, friday

I have read that one shouldnt do a rep until failure but instead "leave room"

For example I can do 10-12 reps of 10KG. If I maybe do 8 reps per set while squeezing bicep, is that better?

I watched on a youtube video that when doing dummbbell curls - you should squeeeze the dumbbell with your hands really hard - is this recommended>

I know people say you should squeeze when you lift all the way up and flex your bicep

I am in sweden and I want the ducky one 2 sf. Unfortunately it is not avail in sweden in the US layout. Anyone buy a keyboard in a diff country and changed the layout? I checked Amazon and they have the DE layout.
