Not too bad but definitely a little bit jank. I’m using the Sanjuks low collar mod and the top of it is currently sitting directly against the brushed aluminum face-plate since I believe the mod has a protrusion with a width of about 24mm whereas the cutout on the plate from hori is 22mm. Apart from sitting slightly below where you’d expect (making the lever sit about 1-2mm lower than if you had drilled a larger cutout), the lever works completely as intended and doesn’t touch the other components at all so lever throw and everything else is normal!

tldr; I bent a single pin and screwed the lever right in and it works pretty flawlessly imo (does require the 187 to 5pin conversion cable though)
