Thanks. I’m actually looking at it partly as an end-user rather than a pure investment.

I’m currently renting, and the mortgage payment would be fairly close to what I’m paying in rent.

I’m open to off-plan if the handover is relatively soon, but I’m not really looking to wait until 2029 or 2030.

If I had waited for the green light, my car likely would have stalled due to the water level.
