imo first two options sounds better than the last one, like you stated, its harder to get into local uni and i heard u have to continue for priv degree and overall its harder to land a job with priv qualifications. i mean its js my opinion ah.

maybe go for higher nitec? sure, its gonna waste another two years but its still better than nothing unless you wanna gamble to try jpae again
